On the Road

Well....we're out of here in about 4 hours.

Headin' out for the open road. I'll be off for two whole weeks - I am so excited!

It's gonna be really friggin' cold and wet.

But we still have a fun-filled itinerary ahead of us!

Jan. 2nd Depart Huntington Beach, CA – 6am (884.82 Miles – 13 hrs, 31 min)
Arrive Creswell, OR – 7pm

Day 2(1)
Jan. 3rd Pick up R.V. in Eugene (12 miles - 16 min)
Start excursion to Oregon Coast

Eugene - Dunes City, OR (67 miles – 1 hr, 24 min)
Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area
*Off-road vehicle rentals available on HWY 101

Dunes City – Newport, OR (56 Miles – 1 hr, 18 min)
State parks & Lighthouses

Newport – Cannon Beach, OR (109 miles – 2 hrs, 29 min)
The Lemon Tree, clam chowder

Day 3 (2)
Jan. 4th Cannon Beach - Portland, OR (78 miles – 1 hr, 35 min)
Sesame Street Set in Downtown Portland
Stop @ a Zupen’s for lifttickets

Day 4-5(3-4)
Jan. 5th-6th Portland - Bend, OR (175 Miles – 3 hrs 15 min)
Mt. Bachelor, Skiing

Day 6-7(4-5)
Jan. 7th-8th Bend - Eugene, OR (129 Miles – 2 hrs 30 min)
Hot Springs: Cougar Terwilliger and Bellknap Foley

Day 8-12
Jan. 9th-13th Harry’s Birthday
Visit with Mom
